STORMWATER CREDIT MANUAL:
Up to 50% credit can be applied to non-residential storm water bills and low-income residential parcels. In order to apply for credit please see our credit manual. You can also complete the Credit Application Form or Structure Certification Form below and e-mail it to City of Bethlehem Storm water Project Engineer, at [email protected] or mail the form to: 10 E Church St, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
